Nature is the new series for either tea or coffee, the jug have a strong wood handle made of German beech, when you catch the wood handle, you feel the tastes of the nature, this is the reason that we call it " Nature" series. 

The jug have vacuum insulation layer to keep tea and coffee hot, thre is remoable tea filterinside to make the tea brewing very simple, take away the filter to stop the brewing process. You can also see this jug a dripper pot to make coffee, and we have an extra stainlesss steel strainer on top part to stop the impurity during pouring. And easy click to open function to make the pour easy. Wide mouth open to make the jug easy to clean inside, a special air release system to make the first press light and easy.

• 1.        What is your MOQ?

Usually our MOQ is 3000pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to inform us your plan for purchasing, we will offer the price correspond to your qty. And we hope your would increase your order qty after you check our product quality and know our services.

•  2.        How can I get a sample?

We usually provide customer existing stock sample with free charge. And if you need sample in your OEM color and print, we will charge you some cost based the real cost happening, and the charge is refundable when order is placed. We accept sample charge by paypal payment.

We normally ask for freight collection for sample delivery. If you have international courier account like Fefex, UPS, DHL and TNT, it would be great. If you don’t have courier account available, we could prepay the freight here and you just pay it to our paypal account accordingly.

•  3.        How long is the sample lead time?

For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days.

If you need sample with your own design, it takes 7 days normally.

•  4.        How long is your production lead time?

It depends on product and order qty. Normally, it takes us 30 days for an order with MOQ qty.

•  5.        What format of the file do you need if I want to do my own design?

For printing design, we need AI or PDF file for set up the print-plate.

We will make mock-up photo to send you for print details approve include color, size and position before real sample making.

•  6.        How many colors are available?

We match color with Pantone Matching system. So you just send us the pantone color code you need. We will match the color accordingly. Or we will recommend you some popular colors to you.

• 7.Which kind of certificates do you have?

Our products quality meet with FDA, LFGB,EU food safe grade and we already have certificates for some of our products

• 8 what is your payment term?

Normally we accept payment term as 30% deposit after order signed and 70% balance against the copy of B/L. We also accept L/C at sight.
